Fi Dikra Nakba: Synopsis of Palestino-Israeli conflict. PDF Print E-mail
Jaouad Radouani - AlJazeeraTalk
The roots of the modern clash between the East and the West go back to the beginnings of the Palestino-Israeli problem. With the emergence of the Israeli state in 1947, with back up from western powers (Europe and the US), emerged with it what we call the “Palestinian case” with a back up from the eastern nations (Arabo-Islamic states). Since then, The East and the West were newly brought together to the field of battles; a Judaeo-Christian West was clashing with a Muslim East. What is of paramount importance in this clash is the fact that it is mainly and primarily based on religious and economic causes (crusade wars).

Except Gaza, there are no weepers??!!! PDF Print E-mail
Ahmad Muaffaq Zaidan - AlJazeera Talk
The indifference of the Muslims vis-à-vis massacre of Palestinians at the hands of gang of Zionist criminals is comprehensible as Muslims, every where from Ghana to Farghana, are preoccupied with nursing their own open wounds. But what is most shocking and unintelligible is that why is the Pakistani media, electronic or print, unmoved and neglectful of the latest highly volatile situation in Gaza, where babies less than five months old were massacred in cold blood.
The constructive role of media is to touch upon the daily affairs of its audience and viewers and advance their cause and interests. The responsible media sets the agenda which suits the basic needs of any country's masses and can also change the course of history. It can minimise sufferings of the people and can play a lead role in identifying and averting disasters.

Habash: The bearer of the dream PDF Print E-mail
Lamis Andoni - AlJazeeraTalk
The image “http://www.aljazeeratalk.net/forum/upload/1/1201424683.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.George Habash, the Palestinian leader who was laid to rest on Monday in Amman after six decades of unwavering struggle, had two dreams: an end to the dispossession of his people and the realisation of Arab unity.
He died without seeing either dream come true. In his last years Habash watched, with deep sadness imprinted on his warm persona, as Israel expanded, the Palestinian movement splintered, Iraq fell under US occupation and the Arab World growing increasingly divided.
But he lived and died without forsaking his dream or losing faith in his people.
"His message to the Palestinians was to restore our unity," Issam Al Taher, a senior aide, who saw him a day before his death said.
"Unity, unity, unity — that was his only message," said Al Taher.
To millions of Palestinians those were not solely the words of a political leader but also a soulful cry from a man described as “the conscience of the Palestinian revolution”.

Mustapha Abaji - AlJazeeraTalk - Morocco
Curently the competition beteween France and the U.S.A over the strategic Maghreb Arab region is very ferocious. Hence, France could no longer sit idly watching its old well fortified francophone stronghold ruined overnight, due to the increasing U.S influence aspirations in the region.
On 15 Jun 2004, the U.S-Morocco Free Trade Agreement was signed in Washington, D.C.The U.S government  plan to sign simliar conventions with Algeria and Tunisia. Furthermore, the states succed to dictate its own agenda on the stubborn Libyan General  Maamar Kadhafi .Ironically the U.S succeded to unify the divergent stands of the Maghreb Arab Union leaders on its led-war on terror as well.

The monks dressed in red cloth, bear headed are out in response for a fuel price increase at the rate of 500 %! , the military rule replied harshly and with all necessary force against this movements... but lastly when people started joining the Monks in their long march ,, the junta as named in Myanmar backed off a bit .. And tried to show good feelings by sending gifts to the Great Buddhist Monk which in reverse did not put off the demonstrations any little.
